Must of partially fermented grape. Fermentation is stopped early on with cold. The result is a pleasant and refreshing drink with fine bubbles.

Tasting Notes and Food Pairings

Pale rosewood pink color, with intense notes of red berries (cherries and blueberries) and sweet jelly. At the palate it is smooth with a sweet note and very good acidity that adds freshness and with a surprising bubbling spark.
Ideal as an aperitif to accompany cheeses, pastas and desserts.
